These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Saviour mobile app ("App") on Android. By
downloading or using Saviour, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Saviour.
By using the App, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal
capacity to enter into these Terms.
2. Your Account
You sign in to Saviour using your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your
account.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Saviour is a personal finance tool for tracking expenses, income, budgets, and receipts. It is provided for
personal, non-commercial use only.
You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to reverse-engineer it, interfere with its operation, or use it for
any unlawful purpose.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the financial data you enter into the App.
4. AI Features
Saviour uses Google Gemini to provide AI-powered expense parsing, financial chat, and receipt analysis.
AI responses are generated automatically and may not always be accurate. Do not rely on them as professional
financial, tax, or legal advice.
Do not enter highly sensitive information such as banking passwords, full card numbers, or government
identity numbers into AI chat or receipt fields.
5. Subscriptions & Billing
Saviour Plus is an optional paid subscription available monthly (₹79/month) or annually (₹599/year).
A 14-day free trial is available for new subscribers. Your subscription will automatically renew at the
selected price after the trial unless cancelled.
All billing is handled by Google Play. Saviour does not collect or store your payment details.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play account settings.
Refunds are subject to Google Play's refund policy.
6. Your Data
You own the data you enter into Saviour. We do not claim ownership of your expenses, budgets, or financial
information.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Profile → Delete Account inside the
App, or by contacting us at feedbacksaviourapp@gmail.com.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Saviour is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of security vulnerabilities.
Financial information shown in the App is based solely on the data you enter and should not be relied upon
for major financial decisions.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Saviour and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect,
incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
Our total liability for any claim related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for Saviour Plus
in the three months prior to the claim.
9. Changes to the App or Terms
We may update these Terms when the App, features, or legal requirements change. Continued use of the App
after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the App at any time with reasonable notice where
possible.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction
of the courts in India.
